Panza North End

A restaurant that can calmly pump out a 30 minute start to finish lunch has a special place in my heart. Panza on Hanover street seamlessly orchestrated a delicious two course lunch and had us ready to go in the perfect amount of time to be back at work without ever feeling rushes.

Oddly enough I wasn't working today but was still on a time crunch and definitely appreciated the conscious effort out server silently made in pacing our meal.

Excelling in traditional Italian food Panza is a wonderful at keeping things simple, seasonal, and adding the occasional twist. We love this and fell right into their menu. Small Fried Calamari ($7) to start with a cherry pepper aioli, mixed green salad with an unfairly addictive sherry vinaigrette that is the perfect lunch size ($4), and a classic penne with meatballs.

I can't wait to come back! Then I'll take pictures!
